About This Role
Cendien is seeking a driven Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a contract basis. You will own the full-cycle recruitment process for IT, ERP, and AI consulting roles, partnering with hiring managers to source, screen, and place top-tier talent across our client engagements.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer acceptance
- Source active and passive candidates through job boards, social media and referrals
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews and coordinate the interview process
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline data in the ATS
- Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback
Requirements
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in IT or professional services
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search)
- Strong sourcing and candidate pipeline development skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
