Sales Support Specialist — Dallas, Texas (On-site)

About This Role

Cendien is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our business development team on a part-time basis. You will provide critical administrative and operational support to the sales team, helping to qualify leads, prepare proposals, and keep the sales pipeline running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with lead qualification and data entry in the CRM
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations and sales collateral
• Coordinate scheduling and follow-up for sales meetings and client calls
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
• Generate reports and track key sales metrics for leadership
• Provide administrative support across the business development lifecycle

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in sales support, sales operations or administrative roles
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) and Microsoft Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
